Shackell, of the Prahran and Malvern Tramways Trust, dated 6/8/1918 enclosing a copy of a letter from the Royal Automobile Club of Victoria (RACV) regarding a shelter shed on the corner of St Kilda Road and High St being relocated to the South Side of High St.



RACV letter - dated 5/7/1918, location dangerous for pedestrians (Passengers changing from electric to cable trams) and motorists and suggesting the same location as for Commercial and St Kilda Roads.
