Three signs held - the second sign has a heavier font. Note the sign is a metric sized sign 50mm high, - could have been made after the phasing out of smoking on trams. Smoking on public transport in Victoria was banned in 1976.

Demonstrates a MMTB sign prohibiting smoking on trams.
Physical description
Sign - engraved brass sheet, with black lettering and lining on the outside and screw holes in each corner with the words. "NO SMOKING"
