Councillor Rob McAlpine wants old trams to be used as tourist trams in Melbourne

Tramways Museum Society willing to supply 3 trams between 1924 and 1946

Trams could run along loop formed by LaTrobe, Spencer, Collins, Macarthur, Gisborne and Victoria Streets.
