Negative of W4 class tram No. 670 in Swanston Street at Lonsdale Street. Tram has destination St Kilda Beach and is at tram stop, heading south. Curtin House dominates the streetscape and further down you can see Foys Department store on the corner of Bourke Street.
Paper folder that contained the negative had "NR26A" written in red ink, "M7" written in pencil, "16A" written in blue ink, and date stamped/written as 20 May 1960.
