Letter from H Wootton, Town Clerk, City of Melbourne, to MMTB advising of band march to be held on Sunday 24 October 1943.
"Mr Harry" written in black in on top left corner. Several comments written in blue pencil. "Band March Hospital Sunday 24/10/43" written across top. "1st Insps advised. Swanston St routes. Block 'up' at City Rd. Block 'Down' at Flinders St as required".
