Form - printed on off white paper - MMTB - "Petty Cash Voucher", form number 3/17, printed Feb. 1966 at the time of decimal currency conversion, for payment of small expenses. Has spaces for depot, date, amount, for, account numbers and three signatures and space for a Duty Stamp.
