Reynolds, now President of the National Safety Council of Australia. Notes the brakes on tramcars, driver training, human factors, Swanston St prior to conversion and post, accidents, numbers, no. of persons knocked down (could also include step accidents), pedestrians, traffic lights, and gives a list of don't's - passenger behaviour.
