Pamphlet, double sided A4, gloss paper titled "Melbourne 249 The Federal Capital Commission Tram", giving details of W2 249 that had been painted and demonstrated for a proposed Canberra tram line by the Sydney Tramway Museum. Details the proposal with a map. On the other side is the story of Sydney R1 class 2001, the RAAF recruiting tram.
