Physical description

Black and white negative, of Victorian Railways tram 26 in Bay Road near depot junction - extremely overload with hangers on, footboards used and a young cyclist hanging onto the rear of the tram.

In the background is the Roxy Theatre and the spire of the All Souls Anglican Church. (The church spire has since been rebuilt).Also in the background is the Salvation Army Hall, Barker Upholster and two buses.
