Badge - Manufactured - brass? with stippled gold plate finish on the rear and sides with a green and gold glazed paint finish with the words "Tramways Board Traffic Officer" in gold on the front and the number "70" stamped into the badge. Has a set of two metal clips soldered onto the rear of the item.
