The collection of documents relating to the life, career and family of Captain James Renton WATTERS was compiled and written by his great granddaughter, Robyn WATTERS. It includes copies of his wife and family as well as James' grave in Melbourne General Cemetery.
Lagoon Confectioners commenced manufacturing in 1921 at 118 Albert Road, South Melbourne. These included Boiled Sweets, Chocolate Novelties Counted Lines and1/2d Novelties. In 1970 they moved to premises in Graham Street, Port Melbourne.

The Victa company was founded by Mervyn Victor RICHARDSON in Australia in 1952 initially to manufacture lawnmowers. This badge was on the back gate of a former shop in Princes Street, Port Melbourne. The owner, Victor, salvaged the badge, painted it green to match his house and used it as the 'nameplate' for his residence.
