Legacy have many programs to send young junior legatees on activities, camps and outings. This photo shows children standing under a Legacy logo with Santa and two photos of children from that group with Santa. The logo imprinted on the back implies it was December 1999.
It was stored with other photos of Junior Legatees from the 1980s and 1990s.
