Notes the replacement by Light rail vehicles, sale of W2's to the USA, with numerous quotes about the W class trams. Issued at the time of Premier Joan Kirner (1990 to 1992). Printed and issued by the PTUA, City Heritage Watch, Tramways Union and the National Trust.
