Possibly a sample of a product, Melbourne Tram Passport, that was compiled or put together by Go Public in 1995 as a promotion to use Melbourne trams and receive discounts at various venues. No evidence is known of its actual use in practice. On the last page of the Guide Book are the names of David Miller and Frank Pallay and Go Public's Elsternwick PO Address. Similar to the "Melbourne Met Pass" of 1988 - see item 2843
