Norman J Oliver was a chemist/pharmacist who offered photographic services from 498 Hargreaves St and later from 288 Hargreaves St. L. Mellor was later a mayor of Bendigo elected in 1939. He was the Country Party's endorsed candidate for the State Election in 1947.
