The stamps advertise a 5-day festival in 1926 to raise funds for the Bush Fire Relief Fund, Soldiers' Memorial Hall, St Vincent's Hospital and the Catani Memorial (St Kilda cenotaph).
Series of five identical stamps, printed in red and pink on a sheet of perforated white paper, discoloured with age, and backed with gum.
