Significance

Demonstrates a free pass issued to people with impaired vision and entitled to free tram and bus travel.

Physical description

Yellow cloth (rexine) covered document on one side, paper on the other titled "Blind Person's Tramways Pass", No. 2002, stamped "Sample Issue Only". The yellow cloth has been given a sealed finish with the paper insert glued to the inside.
