Tram tracks being laid in Ryrie St., just west of the Moorabool intersection. Tracks curving towards the photographer are for the turn to join the South Route, 1911. This connection was removed in 1922. The tower with clockface is the Post Office.

Yields information into the early streetscape of Geelong's Ryrie St., and tram track development.
