Physical description

Black and white photograph: head and shoulders portrait of Mrs. C.B. McCallum (nee Cecilia Scantlebury) set in an oval shape within a mustard brown coloured mat. She is wearing a blouse with high neck fastening and small round rimless glasses.
On the bottom of the portrait, printed in black, the following inscription: 'Mrs C.B. McCallum, Beloved President of the Bendigo W.C.T.U for 22 years. Comrade of yesterday, now Saint of God. May 3rd, 1920'.
