Historical information
Inner Wheel was established in 1924, initially for the wives of Rotary Club members. The first Victorian club was established in Ballarat in 1931 closely followed by Bendigo in 1933. The South Bendigo Club formed in 1980 and is one of over 700 clubs in Australia.
Physical description
Gold frame, dark blue mount. Dark blue grosgrain ribbon on mount has President's name tags attached ( see 2999.14 for list of names). President medallion, silver and blue enamel, suspended from bottom of ribbon,. On medallion: 'President, Inner Wheel Bendigo South' engraved .
