Solicitor for purchaser: E.S. Cahill & Son, View Street, Bendigo. Property in Sparrow Hawk Road, St. Just Point being allotments 65 and 66 section L containing 15 acres, 17 perches and being land described in Crown grant volume 7615 folio 125, together with all buildings and erections thereon, also stainless steel sink and cupboards. Also State Rivers and Water Supply Authority to irrigate for 3 acres. Price 1,000 pounds.
