Letter dated 9th August, 1933 from Frank Stevenson to Favaloro bros acknowledging lease of their shop and premise situate No. 367 Hargreaves Street, Bendigo for a term of six months, commencing the 1st September, 1933, at a weekly rental of 30 shillings per week, free from all rates and taxes.
