Pitson (buyer) for land being Crown allotment 6 section 128C described in certificate of title volume 6410 folio 1281821 situate No. 24 Havelock Street, Bendigo, together with 6-roomed weatherboard dwelling and all sundry. Price 2,800 pounds.
