Prineas (buyer) for land being part of Crown allotment 5 section 32 borough of Eaglehawk described in Certificate of title volume 7060 folio 912 and situate 1 Richards Street Eaglehawk, together with brick veneer dwelling and all sundry. Price 3,450 pounds.
