Rodier (buyer) for land situate Pitt Street Bendigo, at present occupied by Mrs. Holsdon as tenant, having a frontage of 66ft. By a depth of 82.5ft. Part of Crown allotment 6 section 60B described in certificate of title volume 2538 folio 507552, together with 6-roomed weatherboard dwelling and all sundry. Price 700 pounds.
