Conditions of sale by private contract issued by George Pethard Auctioneer and dated 1st November, 1924, between D. Forbes as seller and F. C. Neivandt as buyer. Particulars of sale: for removal, one 6-roomed weatherboard house, back and front verandahs, three chimneys, oven, also all water pipes, W.C. and picket fence in front only. Price 200 pounds. Also receipt no. 47346 from the Southern Union General Insurance Company dated 26th August 1924 acknowledging receipt of 1 pound 16 shillings and 8 pennies for insurance against fire issued to F. C. Neivandt. Also receipt from City of Bendigo for rates and one from the Bendigo Sewerage authority
