Sir Winston Dugan (1876-1951) was the Governor of South Australia 1934-1939 and Governor of Victoria 1939-1949. He died in England.

Bendigo Advertiser '' The way we were'' from Saturday, March 13, 2004. Street Parade: Governor Sir Winston Dugan attended a carnival at Eaglehawk in 1941 in aid of patriotic organizations. This street procession float was entered by the West Methodist Sunday School. Riding up front were, from left, J. Farnell, J. Moyle, O. Dunstan, V. Young and M. Dunstan. The clip is in a folder.
