Bendigo Advertiser 'The way we were'' from 2001. Company success: a plaque presented to W. Doxford, manager of Shenandoah gold mine, by employees to mark their appreciation of the goodwill existing between manager and staff. Shenandoah, opened in 1871, was the third-richest mine on the New Chum Reef. The clip is in a folder.
