Plan drawn on waxed paper. On top 'Side elevation' written in black ink, shows bottom treads of staircase, ornate bottom post of balustrade. On bottom of plan 'Ground Plan' written in black pen, 'Scale 1 Inch to a Foot' Plan contained in Fortuna Villa, George Lansell documents, although Fortuna Villa not written on plan.
