Black and white photograph of official occasion held in the grandstand [may be an opening of the Centre] during the 1950's-1960's[?] One of the officials may be Lawrence Clyde Higgins and another William Joseph Sertori, manager of the Centre. About 30 people seated may be the families of residents.
