Letters dated 14 May 2004, and 3 August 2004, from Wendy Takos, re father Rupert William Carter, and his brothers Cyril and Allen and sister Nell who attended Golden Square Primary School. William Carter was a Captain of the Fire Brigade and his wife Annie Montgomery lived in Shamrock Street.
