Physical description
Typed letter to R. J. Bartle, Esq., from D. O'Connor, Engineer and ?, Chief Engineer, of the National Roads and Motorists Association (N.S.W.) dated November 8, 1936. Letter mentions four tests done in a car over a stretch of ground to measure fuel consumption. Tests were done with and without the device installed in the fuel system. Paper has printed letterhead and the names of the President, Vice-Presidents, Hon Treasurer, Council and Secretary with the AAA and NRMA emblems on the left side of the page.
