Framed Certificate (Powell Collection)- Certificate presented to Mr A L Powell 16th April 1937 with 19 signatures attached on the occasion of his 80th birthday and presentation of a Cup. On the reverse side there is a small label indicating the name of W. Moore picture framer, Views St., Bendigo, late D. G. Coope & son.
