Certify that Alfred Clear had paid into this Court the sum of One Pound and five shillings for the five quarters Contributions for Surgeon's fee - being in advance to Sept. 30th next. Signed by Alex R. ?owles, Secretary. Also has the impression stamp of Court 4845 Launceston Tasmania A.O.F.
