Blue, watermarked, printed Doctor's Certificate certifying that James Bryant was unable to follow his employment. Signed by H. L. Atkinson and dated Sept 10th 1864. Attached to the certificate is a note from James Bryant claiming the funds of the Court being unable to attend his usual employment.. Signed James Bryant, Mark X. Dated 10 Sept 1864.
