Blue printed Doctor's Certificate certifying that W H Bridgeman was unable to follow his employment. Signed by H. L. Atkinson and dated Sept 12th 1864. Attached to the certificate is a note from W. H. Bridgeman claiming the funds of the Court being unable to work. Signed with his mark and witnessed by Jas. Thos. Holl. Dated 12 Sept 1864.
