Printed Doctor's Certificate, dated July 20 1863, certifying that Henry Catlin was unable to follow his employment. Signed H. L. Atkinson. Certificate is glued to a letter from Bro. Catlin, dated July 21st 1863, to claim the Sick Allowance of the Court as was unable to attend his usual employment.
