Two blue and one white pieces of paper glued together. Doctor's Certificate from H L Atkinson certifying that Jno Schloen was unable to follow his employment and dated March 24/66. Letter from J Sloan dated 24th March 66 claiming Sick Allowance. On the third piece Hugh Peters declares himself off the Sick fund of the Court. Dated April 7 /1866.
