Letter from James Madely,dated 13th Jany 1864 mentioning that a Special Levy of 6 pence on each Member of the Court, Financial at the end of last quarter, was payable on r before the 8th Feby next. He also requests the appointment of two Delegates to represent the Court, at a Committee to be held on 15th Feby. Preparations for the Celebration of the Anniversary of the District.
