Copy of letter written on blue paper and dated 27 Feb 1866 regarding payment to Bro Salter. He had an accident and later again he was sick with a fever. The Court did not feel justified in paying him sick pay when they hadn't been re-imbursed £10.18.3 from the last time. Signed by Jas Thos Holl.
