Blue Doctor's Certificate dated 1 Feb 1877 certifying that Joseph Woolcock Miner of St Just Point was unable to follow his usual employment and signed by H.L. Atkinson. Signed at the end by J Wilcock declaring himself of the Sick Funds. Name has been written as Joseph Woolcock, but when it was signed declaring himself of the Sick Funds it was signed J. Wilcock.
