Physical description
Handwritten account of the laying of the Foundation Stone of the Sandhurst Masonic Hall. Dimensions and architectural style are also mentioned as well as the laying of a cylinder containing a scroll in a cavity beneath the stone. Architects were Vahland and Getzschmann.
