A brown invitation with a red border which is an official invitation to the Mayor of Bendigo and Mrs. S.H. McGowan's Reception at City Hall, Bendigo. Dated 20th December, 1899. On the inside cover are the words ' Christmas Greetings, 1899.' The next page contains the musical programme for the evening.
