First 12 (approx) pages of this ledger book uses alphabet tabs on RH side of page to list customers dealt with in that period. The customer's name is listed with a number which is the relevant page in the book for transaction details. (There are several hundred names of customers (businesses and individuals listed in this index). Entries for each customer detail the work done and charge made.
