Cream coloured card, thanksgiving Service for Robert John Phelan held at the Kennington Uniting Church 28th September, 1987. Card has black border, 1 cm from the edges and black printing. On the inside are printed the 23rd Psalm and Amazing Grace. On the back is a prayer.
