Copy of a printed report taken from Inspector Grainger's Report in which a chain of three different sizes acts as a counterbalance when the cages are being raised and lowered. This counterbalance was at Mr. George Lansell's No. 180 Mine, Sandhurst. Mr. Lansell claims it as his own.
