Newspaper article showing photo of part of the Victoria Hill area from the Bendigo Advertiser dated 24/4/68. The photo shows an open cut area full of rubbish and car bodies. At the far end is a tunnel opening. Council has been asked to erect signs prohibiting the dumping of rubbish and to remove that which is already there. The Bendigo Tourist Association and the Royal Historical Society made the requests.
