Newspaper article with photo of the poppet legs of the South Deborah Mine being dismantled. Locals has complained about the safety of the poppet legs. The Mines Department condemned them and ordered their removal. They were erected in 1938. Article from the Bendigo Advertiser Tuesday Dec 5, 1968.
