The Norman Oliver collection. Norman Oliver was three times Mayor of Bendigo - 1950-51, 1964-65, 1970-71. Six pages of typed notes titled ' Broadcast talk. 3BO. May 10th 1955'. Topics include : voting instructions, Mrs Weber - campaign secretary and ex-member of Parliament, announcement of his Policy Speech at the Capital Theatre in the presence of the leader of the Country Party Sir Herbert Hyland, and other campaign matters.
