The Norman Oliver collection. Norman Oliver was three times Mayor of Bendigo - 1950-51, 1964-65, 1970-71. Fifteen typed pages. The date, 16th Nov 1950, written in pencil in the left hand margin. In the same format as other notes for his talks on 3BO 'The Mayor Speaks'. Topics include: Remembrance Day ceremonies, Libraries, the Aerodrome, the Psychiatric Clinic, and municipal finances.
